Sauvour Vaughan - Dinner Menu at That's Italian

SavourVaughan & Beyond Restaurant Week is now bigger and better!
Introducing the newly expanded:

October 14th to November 7th, 2010

$35 Dinner Menu*
Each dinner guest will receive a $10 gift card to be redeemed at a future date

Appetizer (choice of)

• Polenta “fries” with goat cheese served with our in-house spicy garlic aioli

• Panko-crusted Eggplant Parmigiana stuffed with provolone cheese and topped with a smoked tomato cream sauce.

• Shrimp broth with jumbo, homemade shrimp and portobello ravioli

• Grilled Calamari ‘Salad’ with white beans and roasted vegetables with a preserved lemon and extra virgin olive oil dressing

Main (choice of)

• Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragu. Traditional northern Italian dish of broad noodles with braised boar meat in a rich tomato sauce.

• Pan seared Chicken Supreme with sweet corn and peach puree served with oven-roasted tomato, potatoes and garlic green beens.

• Potato-crusted black cod served over a bed of slow-simmered lentil stew

• Balsamic-glazed pork chops served with a Tuscan bean & sausage ragù

That's Italian is participating in Chef's Challenge with Chef Gordon Ramsay

Dear friends,

Chef's Challenge - The Ultimate Battle for a Cure will be Canada’s premiere culinary fundraising event for Mount Sinai Hospital’s lifesaving research and care of women in their daily battle against breast and ovarian cancer.

On November 20 -21, 2010 I will be participating in Chef's Challenge featuring chef Gordon Ramsay and an all-star line up of Celebrity chefs! Please help me reach my fundraising goal by making a generous donation. Your donation will provide sustainable funding to the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute and the Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre of Mount Sinai Hospital.

Join me in taking a stand and choosing to fight women's cancers!

For a limited time, That's Italian Ristorante and Catering will be carrying authentic Cheesecake Factory Cheesecakes and cakes courtesy of their Dreamworks Bakery. No need to drive to Buffalo any more! Come by for one of our amazing pizzas, an authentic cappuccino and a decadent slice of cheesecake.

That's Italian Ristorante - Shop to Cure Cancer with Savour Vaughan

On Saturday August 21, 2010, That's Italian Ristorante participated in
Vaughan in Motion to Cure Cancer.  We set up a table for people to sample our foods with a $5 donation. It was a hit!  We gave out:

  • Rosemary infused white potato pizza
  • Melt-in-your-mouth mini Italian meatballs
  • Herb & Garlic bruschetta crostini
  • Goat-cheese and polenta 'fries' with homemade garlic aioli 

We would like to thank both Nadia & Elvira for allowing us to participate in this event!
