Appetizer (choice of)
• Polenta “fries” with goat cheese served with our in-house spicy garlic aioli
• Pancetta-spiked lentil soup with squash ravioli
• Grilled portobello salad with goat cheese, roasted red peppers and toasted pine nuts with a creamy balsamic dressing
Main (choice of)
• Panko-crusted Eggplant Parmigiana stuffed with provolone cheese and topped with a smoked tomato cream sauce
•Italian chicken club sandwich. Grilled chicken breast with crispy pancetta, sliced tomatoes, smoked provolone and spicy red pepper mayo on grilled focaccia bread.
•Baked 3-cheese rotini (Parmigiano, Asiago & Mozzarella) topped with an herbed breadcumb crust
• Grilled calamari ‘salad’ with white beans and roasted vegetables tossed in a preserved lemon and extra virgin olive oil dressing
Dessert (choice of)
• Tartufi Assortiti - Daily assorted selection of Italian tartufo ice cream
• Homemade pound cake with strawberry sambuca compote
